to wit: Beginning at a point on the eastern boundary
line of Lot Number twenty three (23) in Brushes Addition
to the town of Gainesville which point is located Sixty Six
(66) feet North of the South East corner of said Lot
Number twenty three (23) and running thence North Sixty
Six (66) feet thence west tree hundred and thirty
(330) feet: to the point of beginning the same being
the North half of that portion of said lot numbered
twenty three which was conveyed to said Isaac
Davis by Deed of Chas W. Brush Execr &c dated the
Eleventh day of February A.D. 1878, containing by estimation
one half an Acre of land more or less together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto him the said party
of the second part and to his heirs executors admin
istrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute And
the said parties of the first part do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said party of the second
part that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that they have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that they will and their heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto the said party of the
second part and to his heirs executors administra
tors and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claim
ing or hereafter to claim the same In witness where
