                 Release of Judgment
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I Benjamin Rush of said State and County
in Consideration of the sum of Twenty five dollars
to me in hand paid by J.M. Hallows the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged do hereby remise release and
forever quit claim unto the said J.M. Hallows his
heirs and assigns and do by these presents waive and
release all Judgment liens and every of whatsoever nature
or Kind that I may have by reason of any Judgment
against "Foster and Colclough" in and to the follow    
ing described land situated lying and being in the
State of Florida and County of Alachua viz all that
certain lot or tract of land being in Sections Eight
(8) and Nine (9) township ten South Range twenty
(20) East more particularly described as follows to wit
