and nineteen feet along said Section line to a stake: thence

S 35° 30' West nineteen hundred and thirty seven feet to a
stake thence North 20° 40' W fourteen hundred and forty
six feet to a stake: thence North 3° W four hundred
and forty nine feet to place of beginning bearings all
magnetic containing forty and 32/100 acres more or less

ibed as follows: To wit Beginning at a point thirty
(30) feet South of and from the centre of the Florida
Transit Railroad tract which point is located twenty
five feet of and from the Florida Southern Railway
track and running thence South thirty four (34°)
degrees West nine (9) Chains and Sixty Eight links to a
stake thence North Seventy Eight degrees East Nine
chains and fifty links thence North Six (6) Chains and
Eighty links to a point thirty (30) feet South of and from
the Centre of The Florida Transit Rail road track thence
in a westerly direction along a line parallel to and (30)
thirty feet from the centre of the said Transit Railroad
track to the point of beginning containing by estima
tion Four Acres and 8/100 of an acre more or less exclu
sive of the right of way of the Florida Southern Rail
