only proper use of the said Thomas Copley his
heirs and assigns forever And the said Charles A. Miller
and Archelaus V. Stewart for themselves and for their heirs
executors and administrators do hereby Covenant with
the said Thomas Cpley his heirs and assigns
that they are the true and lawful owner's of the said
premises and has full power to convey the same that
the title so conveyed is Clear free and unencumber
ed; and further that they will warrant and defend
the same against all claim or claims of all persons
whomsoever In witness whereof the said Charles
A. Miller and Archelaus V. Stewart and Matilda O.
Miller wife of said Charles A. Miller and Catharine
H. Stewart wife of said Archelaus V. Stewart who
hereby release their right and expectancy of Dower
in the said premises have hereunto set their hands

Be it remembered that on the Eleventh day of Decem
ber in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and Eighty two before me the subscriber
a Notary Public in and for said County personally
came Charles A. Miller and Matilda O. Miller his wife
and Archelaus V. Stewart and Catherine H. Stewart his
wife in the foregoing Deed and acknowledged the
signing and sealing thereof to be their voluntary
act and deed for the uses and purposes therein men
tioned And the said Matilda O. Miller and Catharine
H. Stewart wives of the said Charles A. Miller and
Archelaus V. Stewart being examined by me separ
ate and apart from their said husbands and the
contents of said Deed being by me made Known and
explained to them as the Statute directs, declared that
they did voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the
same and that they are still satisfied therewith as their
act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
