Charles A. Miller Et al to William Trisler
                  "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that Charles A. Miller and
Matilda Miller his wife and Archelaus V. Stewart and Catha
rine H. Stewart his wife all of Hamilton County Ohio in
consideration of three hundred and fifty ($350 00/100) dollars
to them paid by William Trisler the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged do hereby Grant Bargain Sell
and Convey to the said William Trisler his heirs and
assigns forever Lots numbers three (3) and four (4) of
Miller and Stewarts Subdivisions of part of Section Six
(6) Township Nine (9) South Range Twenty two East
in Arradonda Grant lying East of Peninsular Rail
road "as the same is recorded in Deed Book "N" page
737 on the 20th day of September 1882 Said lot No 3 conta
ins Ten (10) Acres of land more or less and said lot No 4
contains four and a half (4 1/2) acres of land more or less
and All the estate title and interest of the said Charles
A. Miller and Matilda Miller his wife either in law or Equ
ity of in and to the said premises together with all
the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging and
all the rents issues and profits thereof To have and to hold
the same to the only proper use of the said William
Trisler his heirs and assigns forever And the said
Charles A. Miller and Archelaus V. Stewart for themselves
and for their heirs executors and administrators do here
by Covenant with the said William Trisler his
heirs and assigns that they are the true and law
ful owners of the said premises and have full power
to convey the same that the title so conveyed is
Clear free and unencumbered and further that they
will Warrant and defend the same against all Claims
or claims of all persons whomsoever In witness whereof
the said Charles A. Miller and Archelaus V. Stewart and
Matilda O. Miller wife of Charles A. Miller and Catharine
H. Stewart wife of Archelaus V. Stewart who hereby releas
their right and expectancy of Dower in the said prem
ises have hereunto set their hands and seals this Eleventh
day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and eighty two
