ember in the Year of our Lord on thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty two before me the subscriber
a Notary Public in and for said County personally
Came Charles A. Miller and Matilda O. Miller his wife
and Archelaus V. Stewart and Catharine H. Stewart
his Wife the grantors in the foregoing Deed and
acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to
be their voluntarily act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned and the said Matilda
O. Miller wife of the said Charles A. Miller and
the said
Catharine H. Stewart wife of ^ Archelaus V. Stewart
being examined by me separate and apart from
their said husbands and the contents of said Deed
being by me made Known and explained to them as
the Statute directs declared that they did did Vol
untarily sign seal and acknowledge the same and
that they are still satisfied therewith as their act
and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned

that we Mary Ann Johnson and James K. Johnson
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consid
eration of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($40000)
dollars to us in hand paid by W.L. Jackson Merchant
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said W.L.
Jackson Merchant all that Certain piece tract or parcel
of land situated in the State of Florida particularly Known
and described as follows to wit: South West
