Mrs. E.A. Bracey to Dever Bracey Morris et al

State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that we Elizabeth A. Bracey and W.H. Bracey her
husband of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to us in
hand paid by Devere Bracey Morris and William
Oscar Morris of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowled
ge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey 
unto them the said Devere Bracey Morris and William
Oscar Morris all that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly Known and describ
ed as follows to wit: The West half of that certain
fractional part or portion of the south half of Section
Five (5) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) S&E and
being the west half of a certain Lot the deed for
which is duly recorded in Deed Book "I" at page
494 & 495 and described as commencing thirty (30)
feet North of the North west corner of the lot in
said Town of Gainesville conveyed by R.F. Taylor com
missioner to J.A. Carlisle thence North Five hundred
and twenty (520) feet thence East Four hundred and
sixty two feet thence thence South Five hundred and
thirty 530 thence west Four hundred and sixty two
(462) feet to the point of beginning and containing
Five and one third (5 1/3) acres more or less said
lot hereby conveyed containing two and two thirds
acres and being 530 ft X 231 ft X 525 X (231) ft
Together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold
