the same unto them the said Devere Bracey Morris and
William Ocar Morris and to them heirs executors adminis
trators and assigns in fee simple absolute and we the said
Elizabeth A. Bracey and W.H. Bracey do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Devere Bracey Morris
and William Oscar Morris that we are lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same that the same is free from all encumbrances of
any Kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever war
rant and defend the same unto them the said Devere Bra
cey Morris and William Oscar Morris and to their heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the
lawfull claims and demands of any and all persons whom
soever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same

grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknow
ledges before me that she did sign the said deed
of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of Separate Estate
in and to the land in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Seperate Estate was done
and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from 
her said husband
