State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
we Lola Morris and O.D. Morris her husband of the afore
said County and State for and in consideration of the
sum of One Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by Mrs.
Elizabeth A. Bracey of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
her the said Mrs. Elizabeth A. Bracey all that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly Known and described as follows to wit:
Commencing at a point on the West boundary line
of Mrs. E.A. Braceys lot at the point where the said
line intersects the margin or shore of a Certain body
of Water Known as Bivins Arm then run North
two hundred and ten (210) feet thence West two hundr
ed and ten (210) feet more or less then South two hun
dred and ten (210) feet to the Margin of said Bivins
Arm to the place of beginning the same being one
Acre of land lying in the South East Corner of the
dry land of a Certain lot of land the deed for which
is duly recorded in Deed Book "M" at pages 524 and
525 containing by estimation One acres of land more
or less Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the
same unto her the said Elizabeth A. Bracey and to
her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute and we the said Lola Morris and
O.D. Morris do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Elizabeth A. Bracey that we are
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
