"Deed"
This Indenture made the 20th day of December in the
Year one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two Be-
tween Henrietta Burgheim daughter of J.H. Burgheim
late of the Town Gainesville Alachua County Florida
deceased and Jacob Burgheim her husband of Houston
State of Texas parties of the first part And Ida E. Burn
ett of Gainesville Alachua County Florida party of the
second part witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar lawful money of the United States of Ameri
ca to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled
ged have granted bargained sold aliened remised rele
ased conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and
to her heirs and assigns for Ever All of those certain
lots tracts pieces or parcels of land situated lying and
being in the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County
in the State of Florida particularly described according
to the original plan and maps of said Town of
Gainesville as being Lot Three (3) of Block Four (4)
of Range Three (3) situated on the East side of the Court
House Square in said Town of Gainesville the same
being a parallelogram Sixty (60) feet wide from North
to South by two hundred (200) feet from East to west
Also Block Five (5) of Range Two (2) the same being
two hundred 200 feet square Also all that portion
of Block Five (5) of Range Three (3) and running
west one hundred (100) feet: thence North one hundred
and twenty (120) feet: thence East one hundred (100)
feet: thence South one hundred and twenty 120 feet to
the place of Beginning: Together with all and sing
ular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof Also also all the Estate right
title interest courtesy and right of courtesy property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the said parties of the first part
of in or to the above described premises and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have and
to hold all and singular the above mentioned and des
cribed premises together with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns |
