ip Ten (10) Range twenty (20) S&E and being the East
half of the East half of a certain lot the deed for
which is duly recorded in Deed Book "I" at pages
494 & 495, and described as commencing thirty
(30) feet North of the North west Corner of the lot
in said Town of Gainesville conveyed by R.F. Taylor
commissioner to J.A. Carlisle thence North Five hund
red and twenty (520) feet thence East Four hundred
and sixty two feet thence South Five hundred
and thirty (530) feet thence West Four hundred and
Sixty two (462) feet to the place of beginning and
containing Five and one third 5 1/3 acres more or less
the lot hereby conveyed contains by estimation one
Acre of land more or less. Together with all and sin
gular the tenements Hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To
have and to hold the same unto her the said Reb-
ecca J. Morris and to her heirs executors administra
tors and assigns in fee simple absolute And We the
said Elizabeth A. Bracey and W.H. Bracey do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Rebecca
J. Morris that we are lawfully seized in fee of the prop
erty herein and hereby conveyed and that we have
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto her the aid Rebecca J. Morris
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same in witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals on this 12th day of May
