conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of seperate estate in
and to the land in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Separate Estate was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and with
out any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.

I James W. Williams of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred
and Sixty dollars to me in hand paid by William
A. Wood of the county of Suffolk in the State of Mas
sachusetts the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowled
ge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto him the said William A. Wood all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly Known and described as follows
to wit: Lots one two three and four in block Twenty
five as more fully described by the map of town of
