conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of seperate estate in
and to the land in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Separate Estate was

for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred
and Sixty dollars to me in hand paid by William
A. Wood of the county of Suffolk in the State of Mas
sachusetts the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowled
ge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
