J.M. Hallows & Wife to The Savannah Bank & Trust Co
                       Deed
This Indenture made the Seventh day of May in the
Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Ei
ghty three Between J.M. Hallows and his Wife Frances 
E. Hallows of the County of Suwannee and State of Florida 
of the first part and the Savannah Bank and Trust 
Company a corporation established under the laws of 
the State of Georgia and having its principal place of 
business in Savannah Georgia of the Second part 
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and 
in consideration of the sum of Forty one hundred and
ninty eight ($4198 00/100) Dollars lawful money of the United 
States of America to them in hand paid by the said 
party of the second part at or before the ensealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged have granted bargained sold alien
ed remised released conveyed and confirmed and 
by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of the 
second part and its Successors and assigns forever all 
that certain lot tract piece or parcel of land 
lying and being in the County of Alachua and 
State of Florida described as follows Section eight
(8) and nine (9) township Ten (10) South Range Twenty
(20) East and particularly described as follows to wit:
Beginning at a point thirty feet South of and
from the Center of the Main line of the Track of the
Florida Transit Railroad, and two hundred and thirty
five feet East of and from the center of the track
of the Florida Southern Railway the same being
the North east Corner of the four and eight one
hundredths acres tract Purchased by the party of the
first part from W.A. Colclough Et al by deed
dated March 3rd A.D. 1883, and running from said
point North Eighty one 81° degrees fifty (50') minuets
East parallel to Center line of Florida Transit Pail-
road two hundred and fifty three feet to a stake
on North boundary line of said Section eight
thence South Eighty six (86°) degrees East six-
