cribed as follows Commencing at a Stake in Mid
dle of the run of Sweet Water Branch where South
boundary line of section four (4) Township ten (10)
South Range Twenty (20) East crosses said Branch
running West ten and sixty five hundredths 10 65/100 chains
to a Stake thence North one and fourteen hundredths
1.14/100 chains to a stake thirty feet south of and
from center of Main line track of Florida transit
Railroad running thence North Seventy eight (78°)
degrees forty five (45') minuets West parallel to said
railroad track nine and fifteen hundredths (9.15/100)
chains to a stake in Center the run of Sweet Water
Water Branch thence down said branch to place of
beginning containing exclusive of the right of way of
Gainesville and Micanopy Wagon road one acre and
eighty six hundredths of an acre (1 86/100) more or less
the same being the land conveyed to the party of the
first part by Mrs. Isabella Calvert (widow) on the
22nd day of March A.D. 1883, and recorded in Book
"O" on pages 584 585 and 586 of the Public Record
for Deeds in Alachua County Florida Together
with all and singular the above described property
property tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right
title interest dower and right of dower separate estate
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of
the first part of in and to the same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have
and to hod the above granted bargained and des
cribed premises with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part its successors and
assigns to their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever And the said parties of the first part in their
own right and for their heirs executors and admin
istrators do covenant promise and agree to and
with the said party of the second part its success
ors and assigns that the said parties of the first part
are the bonafida and lawful owners at the time of
the sealing and delivery of these presents and are
lawfully seized in fee simple of a good absolute
