Alachua County   }  Know all men by these pres
ents that I J.B. Dill of the County and State afore
said for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty
Dollars to me in hand paid by Thomas B. Smithers
of the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged and have granted sold bar
gained and conveyed and by these presents do
bargain grant sell and convey unto him the said Thom
as B. Smither all of that Certain Lot piece tract or par-
cel of land situated lying and being in the county
of Alachua and State of Florida more particularly
Known and described as follows Viz One Square Acre
in the North West Corner of Lot Number Six No 6
in Section Twenty Eight (28) township no 10 Num-
ber Ten Range (19) Nineteen East Containing by estim
ation One Square Acre together with all and singu
lar the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in any wise appertaining To
have and to hold the same unto him the said Thom
as B. Smither and to his heirs executors adminis
trators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever
and that the said J.B. Dill does hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Thomas B. Smither
that he is lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed: and that he has good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that he will and his heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said Thomas
B. Smither and to his heirs executors administrat
ors and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
