Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this
twenty third day of June A.D. 188* Between Flor
illa Dearing Josephine E. Monroe in her own right
& Augustus Monroe her husband & Frances L. John
son in her own right and Franklin A. Johnson
her husband & Margaret E/ McMichael in her own
right and John T. McMichael her husband all
of the counties of Putnam and Alachua parties of the
first part and Ida Martin of the County of Alach
ua State of Florida of the second part witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum of the
love and affection which they bear to said party
