foregoing deed for the purpose of conveying the
land therein described to Ida Martin and the said
Josephine Frances and Margaret upon an examin
ation made by me separate and apart from their
husbands acknowledged that they made themselves
parties to said conveyance for the purpose of relinquish
ing all right in the lands therein mentioned and
that they did so freely and voluntarily and without
any fear constraint or compulsion from their said
husbands
