and thirty eight and three tenths (438 3/10 feet thence
west two hundred and eight and seven tenths
(208 7/10) feet, thence west to the middle of the run
of "Sweet Water Branch" thence in a Northerly direc
tion up the middle of the run of said "Branch" to
the point of beginning containing twelve Acres
more or less the Same being the Northern portion
of the lot Conveyed to Nathan Spencer by deed of
Stephen McCall and wife dated April 23rd A.D.
1874 and recorded in Deed Book "I" at page 242 of the
public records of Alachua County Florida and
also all the right title interest and claim that
the said James W. Spencer party of the first part
has in and to the North half of Section Six (6) in
Township ten 10 South Range (20) East To have and
to hold unto the said L.L. Hill party of the second
part his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever in fee simple forever the object and inten
tion of this deed being to convey to the said party
of the Second part all the right title interest claim
and demand of whatsoever nature or Kind whether
at law or in Equity which the said party of the
first part has in and to any and all lands and
real estate lying and being in the State of Florida
and County of Alachua In testimony whereof the said
James W. Spencer party of the first part has here
unto set his hand and seal the day and Year first
