County State of Florida of the first part and Mrs.
Agnes D. Longhurst of the county and state aforesai
d of the second part Witnesseth that the said party 
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum 
of Fifty Dollars lawful money of the United States of 
America to him in hand paid by the said party of 
the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery 
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged hath granted bargained sold aliened remised 
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents 
doth grant bargain sell alien remise convey and 
confirm unto the said party of the second part 
and her heirs and assigns forever All that fractional 
Lot or parcel of land lying and being in Alachua 
County Florida and Known and described as follows 
To wit Commencing at the South West Corner of Lot

running East three hundred and seventy five feet
(375 ft) thence North Five hundred and seventy 
five feet (575 ft) thence three hundred and seventy

ty five feet (575 ft) to the place of beginning the same 
being a part of Lot (5) Sec 6 T.9. R22E Containing Five 
Acres of Land and the said Henry D. Lewis for himself
and his heirs the above described and hereby gran
ted and released premises and every part and parcel there
of with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part Her heirs and assigns against the
said party of the first part and his heirs and
against all and every person or persons whomsoev
er lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and
will warrant and by these presents forever defend
