                 Deed
  This Indenture made the 28th day of April in the
Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and
Eighty three Between Henry D. Lewis of Alachua County
State of Florida of the first part and Mrs. Agnes A.
Longhurst of the county and State aforesaid of the sec
ond part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell
alien remise convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever
that fractional Lot or parcel of Land lying and being in
Alachua County Florida and Known and described
as follows To wit Commencing at the south west cor
ner of Lot number five (5) Section Number six (sec 6) Town

running East three hundred and seventy five feet
(375 ft) thence North Five hundred and seventy
five feet (575 ft) thence west three hundred and
seventy five feet (375 ft) thence South Five hundred
and seventy five feet to the place of beginning
the same being a part of Lot 5 Sec 6 T9 R22E
Containing Five Acres of Land together with all
and singular the Land tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper
taining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all
the estate right title interest and Estate property pos
session Claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
