fourteen chains and twenty links to the point of
beginning containing Forty two 90/100 Acres more or
less less fifteen feet on either the East or West
boundary to be reserved as a road together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurte
nances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain
ing and the reversions and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower property poss
ession claim and demand whatsoever in law and
in equity of the said part of the first part of in
and to the above granted premises and every part thereof
with the appurtenances To have and to hold the above
mentioned and described premises with the appur
tenances to the said part of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever and the said James B.
Brown & Ella D. Brown and his heirs the above des
cribed and hereby granted and released premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto
the said part of the second part his heirs and assigns
against the said parties of the first part and their
heirs and against all and every person and persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or
any part thereof shall and will warrant and by these

and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentio
ned and the said Ella D. Brown the wife of the said
James B. Brown on an examination taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband did
acknowledge that she made herself a party to the
said deed for the purpose of renouncing and re
linquishing her dower or right of dower in and
to the lands tenements and hereditaments therein descr
ibed and thereby granted and released and that
such relinquishment or renunciation of dower is
