Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that we William R. Mills & his wife Fannie M.
Mills of the aforesaid County and State for
and in consideration of the sum of Eleven Hundr
ed ($110000) dollars to them in hand paid by Kate
C. Seaman of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bar
gain sell and convey unto her the said Kate C.
Seaman all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the county of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known
and described as follows to wit all of Lot Number
Three (3) of Section (28) Twenty Eight in township
(10) ten Range (19) Nineteen as appears by a plat of the
same made by John S. Banks County survey or record
ed in Deed Book "I" page 57 containing (20) twenty Acres
more or less containing by estimation 20 acres of land
more or less together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same unto
her the said Kate C. Seaman and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
and we the said William R. Mills & Fannie M. Mills
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Kate C. Seaman that we are lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that
we will and our heirs executors and administrators
