"Deed"
This Indenture made and entered unto this the 25th
day of November AD 1878 Between Janes Gaines
and her husband Henry Gaines parties of the first
part and John R. Feamster party of the second
part all of Alachua County State of Florida Witness
eth that the party of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of ($10000) One hundred dollars
to then in hand paid by the party of the second part
at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has bar
gained sold aliened and conveyed and by these pre
sents doth bargain sell alien and convey unto the
party of the second part his heirs executors adm
inistrators and assigns all that certain lot track or
parcel of land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua State of Florida and Known and
described as the "SE" South east Corner of Block
"24" Twenty four of Brushes addition to the town
of Gainesville sid lot measuring "100" One hund
red feet East and west and "52" Fifty two feet North
and south To have and to hold the above described
premises with all their appurtenances and privileges to
the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns in fee simple forever and the partys of
the first part for themselves their heirs executors and
administrators covenant and agree with and to the
party of the second part that they will forever war
ant and defend the title to the above conveyed prem
ises against the claims of all persons lawfully claim
