hereby grant bargain sell convey and confirm
unto E.D. Canfield of Decatur Burt Co Nebraska the follow
ing described Real Estate situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida to wit Lot Seven (7) Section (12) Town
(9) Range twenty (20) East according to the survey of W.R.
Cessna and recorded of Alachua County State of Florida
Excepting and reserving twenty five feet on the South
End of said Lot Seven for a public highway to said lot
containing by estimation Twenty Acres of land more or less
Together with all the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances to the same belonging and all the estate right
title interest dower claim or demand whatsoever of
the said Pearl B. Gordon and Clara Bell Gordon of in or
to the same or any part thereof To Have and to Hold
the above described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said Ebenezer D. Canfield and to his heirs
and assigns forever and we do hereby covenant with
the said Ebenezer D. Canfield and his heirs and assigns
that we are lawfully seized of said premises that they
are free from incumbrances that we have good right and
lawful authority to sell the same and we do hereby
covenant to warrant and defend the said premises
