and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower
in and to the land in said deed described and that
said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband

Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that we John M. Taylor and Sarah C. Taylor his wife
who joins herein to relinquish and renounce all her
claim to Dower herein of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Fif
teen Hundred dollars to us secured to be paid Andrew
J. Shuford of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and convey
unto him the said Andrew J. Shuford all that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the county of Alachua in the State of Flo
rida particularly Known and described as follows to wit
Lots Nine (9) Ten (10) Eleven (11) and twelve (12) of what is
popularly Known as the Leitner Lands according to Map
and platt of same made by Wm C. Miller C.E. the same
being a part of Lot or Section No Nine (9) of the Moses
E. Levy Grant of 20,000 Acres within the Arredondo
