Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
we Enoch C. Hall and Catharine Hall his wife of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Twenty five dollars to them in hand paid by
Vegar Berry and Susie Berry of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby ac
knowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto them the said Vega Berry and Susie Berry of the coun
ty of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto them the said Vega Berry and Susie
Berry all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly Known and described as
follows to wit Commencing at a point thirty 30 feet West of
the north East corner of lot twenty Eight (28) on the
South line of Exchange Street in the town of Fairbanks
County of Alachua and State of Florida thence Westerly on the
South line of said Exchange Street Forty eight feet
thence Southerly parallel with the west line of D.L. Fraziers
lot Fifty (50) feet thence easterly parallel with the South
line of exchange street Forty eight (48) feet to said
Fraziers West line thence northerly along the said West
line of D.C. Frazier lot Fifty (50) feet to the place of com
mencing all in Lot twenty eight in Fairbanks county
of Alachua and State of Florida all in Section twelve
Town Nine (9) South Range twenty (20) East con
taining by estimation Acres of land more or less togeth
er with all and singular the tenements hereditame
nts and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same unto
