        Samuel Lee and wife to W.B. Hodgson
                          "Deed"
This Indenture made the 28th day of April in the Year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty
three Between Samuel Lee and Elizabeth Lee wife
of said Samuel Lee of the first part and W. Beaty
Hodgson of the State of Florida and County of Alach
ua of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of one hundred and eighty Dollas lawful Money of the
United States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien remise convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns forever All that certain tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being South of the Town of
Archer over one mile and better Known as a part
of the old Dudley tract and described as the west
half (W 1/2) of the south West quarter (SW 1/4) of Sec
tion twenty one (21) Township Eleven (11) Range Eigh
teen (18) containing twenty acres more or less Tog
ether with all and singular the tenements hereditam
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
