unto all it may concern that Elizabeth Lee
to me well Known as the wife of Samuel Lee and as
one of the persons described in and who executed the
foregoing Deed of conveyance did this day to me on a
separate and private examination before me taken and
made separately and apart from her said husband
acknowledge and declare that she made herself a party
to and executed the same for the purpose of ___
in and to the lands in said Conveyance described
and granted and that said Elizabeth Lee did freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint appreh
ension fear or compulsion from her said husband the
said Samuel Lee witness my hand and seal at __ this

in hand paid by John J. Barr of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and Convey unto him the said John J. Barr
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
