"Deed"
This Indenture made this 29th day of March A.D. 1883,
between Frank E. Stewart and Lucie F. Stewart his
wife of the County of Gage and State of Nebras
Ka of the first part and E.C. Smith of Pembroke
County of Washington and State of Maine of the
Second part witnesseth: that the parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of eight
hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have and by these pres
ents do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever the following described premises
situated in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida to wit: Lot number Six (6) as laid down on
a Map of recent survey by W.L. Sims being a part
of section thirteen (13) township nine (9) south of
Range twenty two (22) east, and more particularly des
cribed on a map recorded in the Clerks office in
said County as follows beginning at the south west
corner of lot number five (5) and at the intersection
of the Bellamy Road with the half mile line run
ning North and South in section thirteen (13) town nine
(9) Range twenty two (22) East: thence North 25.80/100
chains to Lake Santa Fe thence from point on lake
Santa Fe 4 50/100 chains west of given line south 29
50/100 chains to Bellamy Road, thence North 50° East
along Bellamy Road 6 25/100 chains to place of begin
ning and containing in all Eleven and nine one hun
dredths acres together with all the rights appurtenances
and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any man
ner thereunto appertaining To have and to hold the
