      Ephrim Wade & Wife to Frank Danzy

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
we Ephrim Wade and Clarissa Wade of the County of Ala
chua and State of Florida for and in consideration of
the sum of Twenty Dollars $2000 to us in hand paid by
Frank Danzy of the same County and State the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have this day bargain
ed sold and delivered and by these presents do hereby
bargain sell deliver convey release remise unto the
said Frank Danzy the East half (E 1/2) of the South
West quarter (SW 1/4) of section Thirty one (Sec 31) Town
ship Eleven (T 11) Range nineteen (R 19) containing
Eighty Acres more or less To have and to hold the said
described land unto Frank Danzy his heirs and ass
igns in fee simple forever as his and their absolute
property and we will forever warrant and defend the
same unto the said Frank Danzy his heirs and assigns

Alachua County   } Before the subscriber a Justice
of the Peace personally came Clarissa Wade well Known
to me as the wife of Ephrim Wade having been by
me examined separate and apart from her husband
and the contents and meaning of the said instrument
of writing having been by me fully made known
and expressed to her and she also by me fully
made known and informed of her rights under the
Homestead Laws of this State acknowledged that she
freely and voluntarily executed the same and relinquished
her dower to the lands mentioned within and also all
her rights and advantages under and by virtue of
all laws of this State relating to the exemption of home
steads without the compulsion of her said husband
