Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the 28
day of December A.D. 1867 Between Henry C. Gibbons as
Administrator of the goods chattels rights and credits
which were of W.R. Gibbons deceased of the first part
Delia D. Gibbons of the second part witnesseth that wh
ereas the Judge of Probate of said County did empow
er the said Henry C. Gibbons as Administrator as af
oresaid to sell and dispose of all the real Estate
of said W.R. Gibbons Demand And whereas the said
Henry C. Gibbons having given public Notice in
terms of the statute in such cases made & provid
ed and having complied with all the requisitions
of the law therein did on the 6th day of May
1867 proceed to expose the lot of land hereinafter
