sales and whereas said Delia D. Gibbons bought said
lot at and for the sum of Twenty five Dollars
which was the highest sum bid for said lot at
said sale Now the said Henry C. Gibbons Administ
rator as aforesaid in consideration of the sum of
Twenty five Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained
sold aliened & conveyed & by these presents does grant
bargain sell alien and convey unto the said Delia D.
Gibbons her heirs & assigns the following lands to wit:
the South West 1/4 of Section four Township Eleven
Range Eighteen East Containing 159 & 86/100 Acres more
or less To have & to hold the said premises to the
said Delia D. Gibbons her heirs & assigns forever In Testi
mony whereof the said Henry C. Gibbons Administrator
has hereunto set his hand & seal this the day & year
above written

that we Mary Ann Johnson and James K. Johnson
of the county of Alachua and State of Florida
for and in consideration of the sum of One hun
dred and Twenty Dollars ($12000) to us in hand paid
by a note secured to us by personal security by
John F. McDonell and John T. Fleming said note
