whereof we do hereby acknowledge have this day bar
gained sold delivered and by these presents do here
by bargain sell deliver and convey unto the said John
F. McDonell his heirs executors and administrators in con
sideration of the above described note all of the green
timber that will go Fourteen and upwards upon
the following described land the North half N 1/2 of the
North West quarter N.W. 1/4 and the South West
quarter S.W. 1/4 of the North West quarter N.W. 1/4
of Section Twenty eight (28) Township eleven (T11) Range
Eighteen (R18) one Hundred and twenty Acres said
land lying South of the land sold to Joseph S.
McDonell SR also in consideration of said note we
also sell all the wood also upon said described
land with the timber mentioned within This inde
nture to run three Years from date and after
the expiration of the three Years then this Instrume
nt to be Null and void until then to remain in full
force and virtue  In witness whereof we have hereunto
affixed our hands and seals this the 27th day of
December A.D. 1882
