(18) South and East and bounded West by lands formally
owned by Jas Pendarvis North by lands entered by B.
M. Dell East by lands of Fagan and south by the
Town of Newnansville and estimated to contain thirty
five (35) Acres be the same more or less together with
all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the
right title Estate interest claim or demand whatsoever
of him the said party of the first part whether in
law or equity of in and to the above bargained prem
ises and every part and parcel thereof Except one
Acre of land occupied by Caroline Berry (having been
sold to her husband) One Acre Bargained to and
being occupied by Essex Phillips, half acre Bargained
to and being occupied by Dinah Johnson half acre
Bargained to and being occupied by Geo Osteen and
land claimed by Richard Small, and lands sold to
colored Church and school. To have and to hold to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns to
the sole use benefit and behoof of the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever In witness
