Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I Nellie E. Keeler and A.W. Keeler her husband of
Alachua         of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred and Sixty Dollars dollars to them in
hand paid by Smith Keeler Party of the second
part of the county of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt whereof they do hereby acknow
ledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and conv
ey unto the said Party of the second part his heirs
Executors and assigns all that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particular
ly Known and described as follows to wit: Commen
cing at a point 3.72 chs west of the N.E. Corner
of the S.E. 1/4 of N.E. 1/4 Sect 21 T.10.S. Range 20
E and on the boundary line of the Right of way
of the Fla So Railway then west 11.21 chains to
a stake: thence S 33° E 7.30 chs to a Dead Live
Oak thence South 470 E 1.16 chs to a stake thence
N 67° 8.84 chs to a stake on Boundary of Right
of way of Fla So RR thence No 29° 30 E 3.90 chs
along Boundary of said Right of Way to place of
beginning: containing 5.6/10 Acres more or less said
