The State of South Carolina
Know all men by these presents that I Soloman J. Pin
Kussohn in the State aforesaid in consideration of
the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars to me in hand
paid at and before the sealing of these presents by
Susan A. Bauknight in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and released and by these presents Do Grant
bargain sell and release unto the said Susan A. B
auknight all that certain Lot piece or parcel of
land with the buildings tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging Known designa
ted and described as the South East Corner of Lot
Four (4) Block two (2) Range three (3) forty five (45) feet
deep by twenty five (25) feet front opposite the court
House square in the town of Gainesville in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida together with all
and singular the Rights Members Hereditaments and
Appurtenances to the said Premises belonging or in anywise
incident or appertaining: To have and to hold all and
singular the said premises before mentioned unto the
said Susan A. Bauknight her Heirs and assigns
forever and I do hereby bind myself and my Heirs
Executors and Administrators to warrant and forever
defend all and singular the said Premises unto the
said Susan A. Bauknight her heirs and Assigns
Against me and my Heirs and against all other
persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any
