                      "Deed"
This Indenture made the Ninteenth day of July
in the year of our Lord one thousand eighteen Hun
dred and eighty Two (1882) Between Elizabeth L. Nace
of the City of Philadelphia in the State of Pennsylvania
widow of the first part and Ellen H. Walls wife of
Josiah T. Walls of Alachua County State of Florida
of the other part Witnesseth that the said Elizabeth
L. Nyce for and in consideration of the sum of Five
hundred dollars lawful money of the United States
of America unto her well and truly paid by the said
Ellen H. Walls at or before the sealing and delivery
hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath
granted bargained and sold released and confirm
ed and by these presents Doth grant bargain
and sell release and confirm unto the said Ellen
H. Walls her heirs and assigns All that Certain Tract
piece or parcel of Land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida aforesaid
and described as follows to wit a part of the Clinch
Grant lying and being within the Arredondo Grant
in Section Thirty four (34) Township Ten (10) Range
Nineteen (19) of said Arredondo Grant Begining at a
stake on the West Boundary of the Clinch grant
known as Walls Plantation and running North along
the western boundary of said Grant six chains (6) and
forty (40) Links to a stake thence East Sixty two (62)
chains and seventy two (72) Links to a stake thence
South Six (6) chains and Forty (40) Links to a stake
