Be it known that on this 21st day of December AD
1881 personally appeared before me a Justice of the
Peace of the State of Florida the above named
Mary Dancy to me well known as the wife of James
Dancy and as one of the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance
who being at the time separate and apart from
her husband the said Mary Dancy did then and
there make and execute the foregoing acknowledgme
nt her name being with her own hand subscribed
and her seal affixed in my presence witness my
hand and seal at Archer the day and year above
written
