Peace in and for said County do hereby certify that
the foregoing declaration was taken and made by
the said Sarah A. Simonton before me separately and
apart from her husband the said James A. Simonton
and that having been by me made acquainted
with the contents of the said deed before the sign
ing thereof by her and being by me examined
seperate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she executed the same and
relinquished and renounced her dower and all her
right title and interest in and to the premises
conveyed freely and voluntarily & and without any
compulsion or fear of or from her said husband
witness my hand and seal this tenth day of April
