County of Alachua in the State of Florida partic
ularly Known and described as follows to wit The
North East quarter of the South West quarter of the
North West quarter Section ten township Eleven Range
Eighteen East containing by measurement ten Acres
more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold
the same unto him the said E.E. Voyle and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple abso
lute and he the said Urban H. Hane do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said E.E. Voyle that he is
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and here
by conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that he will
and his heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him the said E.E.
Voyle and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of
any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or here
after to claim the same In witness whereof he has
hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal on this
13th day of April A.D. 1883.

Alachua County   }  I hereby certify that on this 13th day
of April A.D. 1883 before me personally appeared Mrs. E.B.
Hane wife of U.H. Hane the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance who being first duly questioned and exam
ined by me separate and apart from her said hus
band says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of dower in and to the land in said deed des
cribed and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her freely and volun
tarily and without any compulsion constraint appreh
ension or fear of or from her said husband.
