                       "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into on this the Third 
day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand 
eight hundred and seventy seven Between the Florida 
Land and Immigration Company a body corporate under 
the laws of the State of Florida party of the first part 
and George Richardson of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the second part Witness
eth that the said party of the first part for and in 
consideration of the sum of one hundred and Sixty
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America 
to it in hand paid by the said party of the second 
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these 
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has 
given granted aliened bargained sold transferred con
veyed and confirmed and does by these presents give 
grant alien bargain sell transfer remise release 
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second 
part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain 
tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the 
County of Alachua and State of Florida and better 
Known and described on the public maps and records 
of said State as the west half of the south west qua
rter of Section Thirty Two Township Eight South 
Range Twenty two East (W1/2 of SW1/4 S32 T8 S R
22 E) Containing Eighty (80) Acres more or less To 
have and to hold the above granted bargained and 
described premises Together with all and singular 
the rights and privileges immunities easements and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise ap
pertaining unto the said party of the second part 
and his heirs and assigns as his absolute property 
in fee simple forever and the said Florida Land 
and Immigration Company for itself and assigns and
