for all others claiming by through or under it does 
covenant and agree that at the time of the execution 
and delivery of these presents the said Company is seiz
ed of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above 
premises and has good right to convey the same as 
it has conveyed the same free and discharged 
from all incumbrances and liens of any and every 
nature and described premises against all persons
whatsoever lawfully claiming the same and that it 
will at any and at all times make such further cov
enants conveyances and assurances at the expense 
of the said party of the second part as he the said 
party of the second part his heirs and assigns or 
counsel learned in the law may require.       
           In Witness whereof the said party of the first 
           part has caused its Corporate seal to be 
           hereunto affixed and these presents to be

 County of Randolph     } This Indenture made the
4th day of April AD 1883 between Mrs Annie E. Andrews
and T.W. Andrews her husband heirs at Law of Nathan
Spencer deceased of the aforesaid State and County
of the first part and Wilbur Lassiter of the County
of Hall in the State of Georgia of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred and
Fifty ($550) dollars to them paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge
ed have bargained sold released and Quit Claimed and
by these presents do bargain sell release and Quit
Claim unto him the said party of the second part
all our right title interest claim and demand
