whether at law or in Equity of in and to the lands
hereinafter described lying and being situate in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
designated as follows to wit: Bginning at a point in
the middle of the run of sweet Water Branch the
said point being the North East Corner of the lot
now owned and occupied by Dr. J.F. McKinstry and
running thence West along the Northern boundary line
of Dr. McKinstrys lot to the Section line dividing
sections Four (4) and Five (5) in Township Ten (10)
South Range Twenty (20) East thence North along
said section line three hundred and fifty 350 feet:
thence East to sweet Water Branch thence in a Sou
therly direction down the middle of the run of
said Branch to the point of beginning containing
Four (4) in township ten (10) South Range Twenty (20)
East and within the corporate limits of the Town of
Gainesville Also the following described lot lying also
in the North West quarter of the North West quarter
of said Section Four (4) same Township and Range
and also within the corporate of the said town
of Gainesville particularly designated as follows to wit:
Beginning at the point where the township line
dividing township Nine (9) and Ten (10) South Range
Twenty (20) East crosses the run of sweet Water
Branch and running thence East along said towns
hip line Nine hundred and twenty four 924 feet thence
South Four hundred thirty eight and three tenths
(438 3/10) feet thence west two hundred Eight and
seven tenths (208 7/10) feet thence South two hund
red Eight and seven tenths (208 7/10) feet thence West
to the run of sweet Water Branch thence in a
Northerly direction up the middle of the run of
said Branch to the point of beginning containing
Twelve (12) Acres more or less Also all our right
title and interest in and to the North half of Section
Six (6) in township ten (10) south Range Twenty (20)
East The object and purpose of this deed being
to convey to the said party of the second part all
the right title and interest the same being an undi
vided one third (1/3) which we have or may have in and
to any and all lands and real estate belonging to the
Estate of the late Nathan Spencer deceased which
lie in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
To have and to hold the same unto him the said
party of the second part and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever in fee simple
