of the aforesaid State and County of the first
part and Wilbur Lassiter of Hall County in the State
of Georgia of the second part witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Five hundred and Fifty ($550) Dollars to
us paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained
sold released and Quit Claimed and by these presents do
bargain sell release and Quit Claim unto him the said
party of the second part all our right title interest
claim and demand whether at Law or in Equity of in
and to the lands hereinafter described lying and being
situate in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly designated as follows to wit Beginning at a
point in the middle of the run of Sweet Water Branch
the said point being the North East Corner of the lot
now owned and occupied by Dr. J.F. McKinstry and run
ning thence west along the Northern boundary line
of Dr. McKinstry's lot to the Section line dividing sec
tions Four (4) and Five (5) Township Ten (10) South
Range twenty (20) East thence North along said
section line Three hundred and fifty (350) feet thence
East to Sweet water Branch thence in a Southerly
direction down the middle of the run of said Branch
to the point of beginning Containing Four (4) Acres more
or less said Lot being in the North West quarter of
the North West quarter of section Four (4) in town
ship Ten (10) South Range Twenty (20) East and within
the corporate limits of the Town of Gainesville also
the following described lot lying also in the said North
West quarter of the North Wast of said Section Four
(4) same Township and Range and also within the
corporate limits of the said town of Gainesville particularly
designated as follows to wit: Beginning at the point
where the township line dividing township Nine 9
and ten south Range twenty East crosses the
run of sweet Water Branch and running thence
East Nine hundred and twenty four (924) feet thence
South Four hundred thirty Eight and three tenths
(438 3/10) feet thence West two hundred Eight and
seven tenths (208 7/10) feet thence South two hundred
Eight and seven tenths feet thence West to the run
of sweet Water Branch thence in a Northerly direc
tion up the Middle of the run of said Branch
to the point of Beginning containing twelve 12 Acres
more or less Also all our right title and interest
in and to the North half of Section Six (6) in
township ten South Range Twenty (20) East the
