object and purpose of this deed being to convey
to the said party of the second part all the
right title and interest the same being an undivided
one third (1/3) which we have or may have in and to
any and all lands and real estate belonging to the Estate
of the late Nathan Spencer deceased which lie
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
To have and to hold the same unto him the said
party of the second part and to his heirs executors
Administrators and assigns forever in fee simple
absolute witness our hands and seals this 12th day

the purposes of conveying to the grantee named in
said deed all her right of separate property in and
to the lands in said deed mentioned and descr
ibed and that she did the same freely and volun
tarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehin
sion or fear of or from her said husband
