two (2) Acres of land Each lot containing one

and L Engles Addition to the Town of Gainesville

with all the improvements ways Easements rights priv
ileges and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining and all the remainders reversions
rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right
title interest claim and demand either at law or in
equity or otherwise however of the said party

and premises and appurtenances unto the said party
