Main Street of said town for a point of beginning
now running east from this point one hundred and
five (105) feet to a stake thence North thirty five
(35) feet to a stake thence east from this point to
John Livingstons land to a stake thence South along
the western boundary of said land to a stake one
hundred and five (105) feet to a stake and from
this point west to the South East corner of the old
Stoughton Store now owned by E.D. Barnett thence
North from this point thirty five (35) feet to the
North East corner of said Store lot and from
this point west one hundred (100) feet to the
aforesaid public square to a stake and from
this stake North thirty five (35) feet along the
public square to the point of beginning containing (2 1/2)
two and one half acres more or less to have and
to hold the same together with all the right title
and interest that I the said Jeremiah Gamage
have in and to the foregoing described property
to the said W.D. Fontane him and his heirs for
their own proper use behoof and benefit in fee
