ned the trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of
the State of Florida in consideration of the premis
es and in conformity with the act of the legislature
aforesaid approved March Fourth A.D. Eighteen Hun
dred and Seventy Nine have given granted and con
veyed and do by these presents give grant and
convey unto the said The Florida Southern Railway Co
mpany and its successors and assigns forever the tracts
and parcels of land hereinbefore mentioned and descr
bed the said lands or the proceeds thereof to be applied
as provided by said act approved March Fourth
Eighteen hundred and seventy nine To have and To
hold the said land unto the said The Florida South
ern Railway Company and its successors and assig
ns forever In testimony whereof the said trustees have
hereunto subscribed their names and affixed their seals
and have caused the seal of the Florida State Land
Office to be hereunto affixed at the Capitol in the
City of Tallahassee on this the Twenty second day
of May A.D. Eighteen Hundred and Eighty three
