all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly Known and de
scribed as follows to wit All of Lots Number Twenty
seven (27) Twenty eight (28) and Thirty three (33) accord
ing to the recorded plat of Mackey and Hudson Records
in Book "J" on page 906 in the Register of Deeds off
ice in Alachua County State of Florida reserving the
right of way for road purposes of a strip fifteen
feet wide on the west side of lots (17) & (33) & a like
strip on the east side of lot 28, containing by estimation
138.50/100 acres of land more or less Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining To
have and to hold the same unto them the said Linden
K. Rawlins and Perry F. Wilson and to their heirs execut
ors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
and we the said John W. Hudson and Myron B. French
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Lin
den K. Rawlins and Percy F. Wilson that we are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby con
veyed and that we have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that we
will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
them the said Linden K. Rawlins and Percy F. Wilson
and to their heirs executors administrators and assigns aga
inst the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
