in Township Eleven south of Range eighteen East
in the District of lands subject to sale at Gainesville Florida
containing Thirty Nine Acres and ninty Six hundredths of
an acre according to the Official Plat of the Survey of 
the said Land returned to the General Land Office by 
the Surveyor General Now Know Ye that there is 
Therefore Granted by The United States unto the said 
Dolly Bell the Tract of land above described To have 
and to hold the said Tract of land with the appurten
ances thereof unto the said Dolly Bell and to her 
heirs and assigns forever.
       In testimony whereof I Ulysses S. Grant President 
       of the United States of America have caused 
       these letters to be made Patent and the Seal of 
       the General Land Office to be hereunto affixed
       Given under my hand at the City of Washington 
       the first day of July in the year of our 
(seal) Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
       five and of the Independance of the United States 
       the Ninty Ninth.

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made this Fifteenth
day of May AD 1993, between G. Frank Bullard of said
State and County and his wife Mary M. Bullard who
joins her husband in this conveyance for the purpose
of relinquishing her dower in the lands hereinafter
described parties of the first part and Daniel M. Stewart
of said Hawthorn in the County of Alachua State of
Florida of the second part Witnesseth that for and in con
sideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Twenty Five
Dollars to the parties of the first part paid the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and con
convey unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and being in said State and
County and described as follows to wit All of his
